Scroll image below to begin Worship Psalms 111:7-8 - The works of his hands are faithful and just; all his precepts are trustworthy. They are steadfast for ever and ever, done in faithfulness and uprightness. Worship: Everything God does and says is trustworthy. You can count on him. He will never fail you. Praise him for this. Remember Genesis 3:1-5 - Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You must not eat from any tree in the garden’?” The woman said to the serpent, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, ‘You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.’ ” “You will not surely die,” the serpent said to the woman. “For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” Remember: Satan’s first and most consistent temptation is to plant thoughts within you regarding God’s trustworthiness. (“God doesn’t care about you. He is not working for your best.”) Satan lies to you… always lies - even when it sounds so right. Are you aware of his schemes in your life? Believe John 5:37-38 - And the Father who sent me [Jesus] has himself testified concerning me. You have never heard his voice nor seen his form, nor does his word dwell in you, for you do not believe the one he sent. Believe: In order to hear God’s voice clearly, you need to believe in Jesus. Faith is first. Don’t wait around for Jesus to reveal his trustworthiness when you are not doing what you can do. Trust him first, and then your eyes and ears will be opened. Surrender Hebrews 11:6 - And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him. Surrender: Let your first step be in faith today. Before you see or understand everything perfectly, declare your faith in Jesus. Surrender your right to be in control and have everything laid out before you will trust.
