The source of stress often lies in your attempts to control the future. Worry takes you outside God's boundary lines and places you in a no-man's-land of anxiety. Keep Reading…
READ Matthew 6:33-34 - But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. THINK ABOUT IT If we think about the future long enough, maybe we will quiet the anxiety within. If we toss and turn, mull it over again and again, maybe we will be able to control tomorrow. But that never works. The limits of time that God has surrounded us with are his grace to us. When we try to live outside these boundaries and start living in tomorrow, the stress begins to build. We were not built to be God. We only have grace for this moment. So how do we best live within the boundaries of this day? Instead of seeking our most desirable future (job, relationship, school, ministry), God tells us to seek his kingdom first. God is already on the move. He has desires and plans to draw all nations to himself. Ask him to open your heart to what is on his heart. Ask him to show you his kingdom movement. Your best future falls within the boundaries of God's kingdom. It’s not until you see what he is already doing that you can know what you’re supposed to do. Your future unfolds easily as you get busy today listening and looking for God's desire to bring more people into his kingdom. PRAY Dear Lord, show me what You are doing today. I don’t want to miss the grace of this day by living in tomorrow. I reject the temptation to worry. Thank You for the privilege of living this moment with You in Your kingdom. In Jesus' name, Amen.

The world that we live in is filled with different stages that we needed to pass through and that is the most precious journey that we can have in this world. The memory that we had in the past will serve as a lesson, a lesson that will make us stronger and wiser as we face the other trials that we have in this world. We can be the best version of ourselves if we seek the kingdom of the Lord and let His words guide us.

Excellent insight about asking God to open my heart to see what is on His heart and that my best future falls within His kingdom. Very well said! Thank you
