Dear Jesus, You are so good. Thank you for showing how much you love me every day. The gifts that you give are constant. You truly are the God of love. Open up my heart to receive You now in a deeper way. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalm 63:1-8
Reflect
Many say that they know in their heads that God loves them. But, it seems so hard to experience that in their lives. The gap between the head and heart seems very wide. What will bridge this gap?
When you get active in remembering and praising, it is easy for you to experience the Father’s love. He always gives you a part to play in your experience of Him. So, follow the pathway of Psalm 63 and begin experiencing God in a whole new way.
Meditate
Ephesians 3:17-19 - I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge–that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Apply
Take 10 minutes to express your love to the Father through words and song. Even make up a new love song to Him. Now continue the flow of the Father’s love to someone near you. Give another person a word of affirmation from God. It can be something very simple. Remember, as you give love, the Father’s love fills you. So, keep giving!

- Call out to God in your weariness or dryness (Psalm 63:1).
- Remind yourself of when you have experienced God, when you have experienced His love (Psalm 63:2-3).
- Begin to declare praises to God. Get vocal. Get active (use your body) (Psalm 63:4).
- Sing your love to God (Psalm 63:5).
