God is Infinite
Psalms 145:3 - "Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; his greatness no one can fathom" (NIV).
1 Timothy 1:16 - "But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life" (NIV).
Revelation 22:13 - "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End" (NIV).
We were created with limitations. Time, space, laws of nature and our own bodies provide limits to what we can do and know on this earth. The fact that we are creation and not the Creator reveals our most basic limitation (Isa. 29:16). But, we serve God who is unlimited in His power and knowledge. The Creator is completely different from humans in that He is not confined within boundaries. He creates boundaries and definitions for us to live within. But, He is not strictly bound to these same limitations. The wonder of God, though, is that He willingly confines Himself to His created boundaries for us. "And the word became flesh..." (John 1:14). God gives definition to Himself so that we can know Him. How kind He is! Still God is infinite in His understanding (Psa. 147:5), in His power (Jer. 32:17), in His love (1 Cor. 13:8), in His patience (1 Tim. 1:16), in His size (Psa. 19:4-6; Rev. 1:16), in His time - no beginning and no end (Rev. 22:13). God stands alone in His infinite beauty and majesty. There is no one like Him. He is worthy of our worship.

Isaiah 40:27-28 - "Why do you say, O Jacob, and complain, O Israel, 'My way is hidden from the Lord; my cause is disregarded by my God'? Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom" (NIV).
