DAY 3
Pray
Dear Jesus, You are Lord. I submit myself to your Word and your ways at this time. Please speak into my life. I am listening…. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Read
Psalm 1:1-6
Ask
Reflect
Living with a lack of boundaries brings insecurity. It is actually God’s law (commands, precepts, Word, instructions) that brings great security to our lives. When we learn to love his boundaries, we will know deep security. Our inclination to step outside (even just outside) his boundaries and hang out with people who do the same will always bring a lack of confidence and deep unrest into our spirits.
Meditate
Psalm 119:45-48 - I will walk about in freedom, for I have sought out your precepts. I will speak of your statutes before kings and will not be put to shame, for I delight in your commands because I love them. I lift up my hands to your commands, which I love, and I meditate on your decrees.
Apply
Ask God to search your life for any rebellion… any areas where you do the opposite of what you know is right. As God speaks to you, repent of rebellion. Take some time to memorize Psalm 119:45-48 above. Meditate on God’s boundaries. The more you look at them, the more you will love them.

Psalm 1:1-6
Ask
- What are the wicked like? How can you describe their insecurity?
- According to this passage, how does a person become like a secure tree planted by the river?
